I’m a writer and photo editor, and I have a particular love of looking at, and writing about, archival photography.

My writing has appeared in The New York Times, The New Yorker and Atlas Obscura. I've worked as a photo editor in London and New York, including at Times, Atlas Obscura, Wallpaper* City Guides and Penguin Books. In 2019, as part of my role on the Archival Storytelling team at The Times, I co-curated an exhibition of photographs from newspaper's archive at Photoville New York.

I currently work on the Book Development team at The Times.
